Section 42
Certificate Level Program Not Conducted

(1) After the commencement of this Act, the University shall not permit any educational institution to conduct programs of certificate or lower level towards medical education.
(2) The university or institution which is conducting the program as per sub-section (1) at the time of commencement of this Act shall phase out such program within five years from the commencement of this Act.
